Intercultural Management

The success of a merger, a close cooperation, of interaction with a subsidiary or with joint-venture partners will highly depend on whether and how a company succeeds in bringing the different cultures together. In this context it does not matter whether the cultural differences are based on the involved corporate cultures, on the different native countries or on regional differences.

To accomplish the aim of optimising international or intercultural cooperation, we consult in intercultural management and realise the required measures. It is an essential element of this task to develop a mutual understanding for and acceptance of the existing differences. On this basis, one can successfully start to outline similarities and common standards.

In order to support this process a network of consultants active in thirteen countries and four continents is available which represents a broad spectrum of cultures and which provides comprehensive experiences in intercultural consultancy.
