The corporate culture of a company manifests itself in the behaviour of executives towards their employees. Leadership is a service for employees. In our view, it is the purpose of leadership to prepare the framework for self-reliant commitment in which the employee assumes the responsibility for his / her work. On the basis of such an understanding of leadership we design a concept for the training of executives in cooperation with the company.
