Conflict Management

Conflicts occur everywhere. It is not their existence that is problematic but possibly the way they are dealt with. The irrefutable inherent dynamic of conflicts will lead to escalation until they are actually solved. Solving a conflict always means to bring together different realities that at first may appear irreconcilable. Apart from sound knowledge this requires psychological sensitivity and experience. We convey the necessary knowledge, the sensitivity and the instruments needed to manage conflicts in the concrete context of a company appropriately.

Immovable fronts between persons, groups, teams, departments or areas sometimes lead to an escalation which necessitates the consultation of an external moderator to solve the conflict. The experience of many years in this field allows us to tackle highly difficult conflict constellations.
